What Payment Methods Are Accepted ?

We accept payment by credit card and paypal payments. But if you want to pay by any other way, please mail to us.

How Can I Return a Product?

If you’re NOT satisfied with the items you get, we will send the replacement or refund all the payment, only if the items are posted back within 3 days from you get.

Kindly reminder:

1. All the items are not returnable any more after 7 days since signed.

2. Please keep the item in original condition if you want to return it, done any other process are not returnable any more.

3. Please do not return the parcel before you get our permission. Otherwise we are not responsible for any loss caused.

How do I place an order?

Ordering online at sonsybra.com.com is easy. From the View Checked Items, Bras or product pages, simply select the size and quantity of the item you would like and click Add to Cart. Once you are finished shopping, click on the Shopping Cart button at the top right hand corner of the page to review your items, then click Checkout to begin the Checkout process.

How does real time inventory work?

Our inventory is managed in real time. Product availability is displayed on each product page. It is important to know that your shopping bag will not reserve the actual inventory on your order until the Checkout process is complete. On occasion, items in your shopping bag can become “Out of Stock” before the Checkout process is complete. If this occurs you will be sent back to the shopping bag, where the item will display an “Out of Stock” message. To proceed with your Checkout, you will need to either select another size (if available), or remove the product completely from your shopping bag. This usually occurs on items, such as sale merchandise, with low inventory levels of only 1 or 2 units.

Why are products removed from my shopping Cart?

A product can be removed from a customer’s shopping Cart if it was saved in the Cart during a previous session and has sold out since that session. In this case, the product will be automatically removed from the cart in the next session.

Is my credit card secure?

The importance of security for all personally identifiable information associated with our customers is of utmost concern to us. How Can I Cancel or Change My Order?

If you contact us in time after your purchase we can cancel or change the order for you.


1. 5% of the order total will be charged as transaction fee, if contact us within 24 hours after your payment finished,
2. 15% of the order total will be charged as transaction and handling fee, if after 24 hours,
3. The orders can’t be canceled once we have already begun to custom the Order or the parcel is shipped out.

Note: If requesting for exchange or repair or cancel your order, firstly you should contact us at email or online live chat. We will not provide any return or repair, exchange on returned product without our permission, and all loss will be afforded by customers.

How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs are calculated based on shipping method (air, sea or land) and product weight / volume. Different shipping companies have different rates, so it’s best to check and compare which is most affordable and economical. How quickly will my order be processed?

All domestic orders received prior to 12:00 p.m. (noon), Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday, are processed within 3 – 4 business days upon credit card validation. Standard delivery shipping takes 16 – 26 business days after order processing. Orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses and the U.S. Territories are shipped via Priority Mail and may take up to 30 business days for delivery. Rush delivery and Next Day delivery are also available to most addresses.

How can I cancel my order?

If you have a Sonsybra account and would like to cancel an order that was placed within the hour, you can do so by signing in and canceling your order in the “Order History / Status” section of My Account. If you do not have an account, you may contact a Customer Service Team Member at info@sonsybra.com within one hour of placing your order. Once your order has entered into our shipping & handling process (which occurs one hour after you submit your order), it cannot be cancelled.

You can write a review of each Sonsy Bra product you purchase. It’s easy, and it can help other shoppers make great decisions. Please keep in mind the best reviews talk about the product itself, rather than your shopping experience. Once approved, reviews will appear on the site within 3-5 business days. When will my credit card be charged?

Your debit or credit card will be pre-authorized at the time your order is submitted. The funds will be held by your bank, which may affect your account balance. Sonsy Bra is not responsible for overdraft fees. Your debit or credit card will be charged at the time the order ships.

How Do I Change My Delivery Address

to make changes to your address details simply login to your Account. Here you can edit, delete or add an address. You may also add an address at the checkout page after you have logged in or created your account.

Can My Order Be Delivered to More Than One Delivery Address?

An order can be delivered to one address only. If you require orders to be sent to multiple addresses you will need to place a separate order for each address.
