Different items have their own processing time, which is what we cannot control. But what we can do is try the best to let you receive your items as soon as possible.
1. When will you receive your ordered items?
A: We ship to worldwide and the delivery time will mainly depends on which country you stay and not all items from our shop are ship from same warehouse. On average, it will takes around between 10 – 60 business days. It is largely dependent on the each countries custom clearance speed. Please take note during the holidays season that these delivery time frame might be vary but we would advise you can contact your country local post office to understand when they can deliver the package to you asap. Here are the average delivery time for the countries area:
USA: around 10 – 30 days
Canada: around 20 – 45 days
Europe: around 20 – 45 days
Australia: around 20 – 45 days
All Other Countries: around 30 – 60 days
Note: The delivery time mentioned above does not include order processing time that usually varies from 2 to 4 days.
The following cases should be taken into consideration regarding shipping times:
1. Weight and dimensions of a package

2. When can i expect the tracking information email?
A: Usually the shipping carriers update their delivery system slowly, some time it will takes few days for the status update before you get tracking for the package. If you still haven’t received the tracking information email within 7 days from us after you placed the order, we would advise you can check your spam/junk folder in your email and make sure you have log in the correct email address which you have used to place the order. If you still found nothing, please contact us directly by going to the page contact us. We will definitely respond to your questions as soon as possible within 1 work day.
3. My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
A: For some shipping carrier, it might takes 5-10 days for the tracking information to be update in the delivery system. But, please do not worry for that as we have confirmed shipped out your package, that’s why we can provide you the tracking number. Kindly wait patiently for the update in the shipping tracking system. If the status still show not found, please contact us.
4. Where do you ship from?
A: Most of the items sold in our shop are ship from our different warehouse in China and some few are from other supplier from other countries. So, sometime your order may come in different packages at different times.
5. Can I cancel my order after the order been placed?
A: After order placed, cancellations are not accepted.
A: It is clear that all shipments being sent to and from a country or region must clear customs first. That is usually the obligation of customers. Different countries have different tax rule on the imported goods. Therefore, it will be better if you know your county’s custom policies before your order in case of some troubles.
There are some responsibilities you should know about clearly who has to take once something unexpected happens.
If the items are detained by Customs after the shipment left the seller’s country, the buyer is responsible for clearance of the detained items.
It is the buyer’s responsibility for any custom duty fees that may be charged upon delivery.
